Hi, I’m Jaimee

I’m a psychologist who works with people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves or others.

My work focuses on helping people understand themselves more clearly, to feel less overwhelmed and move towards a life that feels more grounded and meaningful. Therapy often involves slowing things down and making sense of what’s happening, and moving beyond symptom relief to address underlying patterns. I draw on evidence-based therapies to explore the patterns, and experiences that shape how people think, feel and relate to others, and to work with those patterns in ways that feel more manageable.

Many clients I work with are capable and thoughtful individuals who have spent a long time quietly pushing through stress or trying to meet expectations that no longer fit, before realising that something about the way they’re living or working needs to shift.

I am a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). After university, I began my two-year provisional registration in 2007 and have since worked with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan in areas including disability, injury management and workplace rehabilitation, child protection and private practice.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing yoga and breathwork, and going for bushwalks.

If you’re wondering if we might be a good fit, you’re welcome to get in touch.
