My Fee
My standard 50-55 minute session fee is $235. Fees are payable on or before your appointment.
Medicare rebates
Medicare currently offers a rebate of $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions each calendar year with a GP mental health treatment plan. The out-of-pocket cost is $136.05.
Reports and letters
(this does not include Medicare required reports)
Letters and reports are not included in session fees and are charged separately based on the time required.
These are billed at $235 per hour (pro rata), depending on complexity and length.
We will always discuss your request in session first and provide an estimate where possible.
Please note:
Reports are only prepared for current clients
A minimum number of sessions may be required before a report can be completed
Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks, but may be longer
Payment is required prior to the release of any document
Private health insurance
Private health insurance may be used to cover part of the session fee. Clients will need to check with their preferred provider for further details.
Medicare and private health insurance rebates cannot be claimed for the same session.
NDIS
I work with NDIS participants who are plan-managed or self-managed. Fees for clients utilising NDIS funding are set in line with the NDIA schedule.
Cancellation policy
Your scheduled appointment is reserved especially for you. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give at least 24hours notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee. Medicare rebates cannot be claimed for unattended appointments.
